It should go without saying that treating everyone, from coaches to team mates and opponents as well as the officials with a high level of respect is fundamental to the way we want to present ourselves as part of Glasgow Wrestling club.

Take deep breaths, remain calm. Situations can only be resolved with calm heads

Show Respect

If a decision is taken by a coach or official that doesn't go your way or you don't agree with you should still respect it. That means accepting it and moving on. Ask for clarification if necessary but accepting the decision and thinking about the outcome and learning from the experience will better prepare you for the next time.
